My approach to the loan process is based on my own experiences…having personally relocated numerous times, resulting in seven different home purchases.

From my point of view as a loan officer, obtaining a mortgage is more than a financial decision…it is also an emotional one. As a consequence, I provide a specific benefit by helping customers understand the options that are available to them and making sure that they are able to make informed decisions.

Typically, borrowers begin understanding the loan process near its completion, when it's too late to make choices…my responsibility to ensure you understand the process and the consequences of your choices…early.

Purchasing a home is supposed to be enjoyable…keep the fun in it…let me worry about overcoming the personal, financial situations that all families have and manage the process, appraisal, underwriting and the preparation for closing for you.

That's my job, and I am very good at it.
